ATS Client Portal
Access Instructions
The ATS Client Portal has been approved by the IRS in accordance with personal data protection. This is the mechanism to allow you to upload your tax documents securely. I ask you to please call or text 210-563-9095 after you have uploaded your documents so I can verify and review. At this time the ATS Client Portal is used to upload Tax Documents. Existing Clients
When you access the ATS Client Portal you will de asked for your social security number and password. If you were a customer of ours last year try your default password. The default password would be: Capital First Initial Capital Last Initial then last 4 of SSN
For Example if your name is: John Smith and last 4 of SSN is: 4321 then the default password will be: JS4321
If this doesn't work, make sure to contact our office directly.
New Clients
When you access the ATS Client Portal, You will need to scroll to the bottom of the screen and create your account. You will be asked for the following information to create your account:
- The Primary taxpayers SSN
- Date of birth
- Create a password
- Repeat the password
- First name
- Last name
- Address
- City
- State
- Zip code
Then you have to Log in.
Go to the "My Documents" section and upload your documents. Scanned copies work best but photos works if that is all you have available.
You need to upload:
- Copies of you and your spouse (if applicable) drivers license.
- Copies of any dependent's social security cards and birthdates and
- your Bank RTN (routing number) and account numbers for direct deposit.
- if there is any additional information or situations please write it on a plain piece of paper and upload that as well.
Call or text 210-563-9095 when you have uploaded your documents or if you have any issues.
